Delivery

All orders will be prepared and mailed from the greater Montreal area within 72 hours (working days) in general. This delay could be affected by exceptional circumstances such as weather, pandemic, or others.

Pay particular attention to the delivery address that you enter in your account or on PayPal, any error on your part will result in a delay in the delivery of your order and fees will be charged to you in the event of an order returned by Canada Post.

Orders will be delivered via Canada Post and shipping costs will be added to your invoice.

If you are ordering from a country other than Canada, you may have to pay customs fees in addition to shipping.

Return policy.

You can cancel your orders at any time unless they are already being delivered. We offer personal care products and for hygienic reasons no returns will be accepted.

In case we have made a mistake, we will contact you to organize an exchange or a refund.

In order to provide you with quality service, please do not hesitate to contact us if there is a problem with your order within 14 days of receiving your package. Don’t forget to give us your order number.
