First, we will meet you by video conference (your choice of teams or zoom). This session will last 1 hour, during which we will identify and define your hair or dermatological needs. via a questionnaire and discussions. This session will also allow us to fully understand your needs in order to provide you with adequate service.
Secondly, based on the information you have submitted to us during our virtual meeting, we will set up a strategy and recommend products specific to your needs. This solution will be in the form of a written document that we will send you in an email.
The third phase constitutes the application of the solution. At this stage we are offering products from our online store with a 10% discount.
We also offer you to make personalized products based on your needs, leaving you the choice of fragrance and colors. The fees for this offer are variable.
